Gallesio Sandro Agricultural Company is a family-run business located in Benevello, at the heart of the Langhe, one of the most renowned areas for the production of Piedmont Hazelnut of Langhe. Here, nestled in a unique hilly landscape, Sandro and his family passionately cultivate the famous Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut variety, overseeing every stage of its production, from cultivation to processing.

What We Do

In our work, we follow the entire production cycle of the hazelnut. It all begins in the hazelnut groves, where we care for the trees using traditional techniques while always being mindful of environmental sustainability. Once harvested, the fruit is processed directly on-site, with the utmost care to preserve its quality. Roasting, grinding, and processing all take place locally, allowing us to guarantee top-quality finished products.
